The 13th Annual
Rogue Riviera Water Festival
and Charity Auction

Saturday, August 1, 2009

You  are invited to the 13th Annual Rogue Riviera Water Festival and Charity Auction,  Saturday, August 1, 2009, sponsored by Bio-Logic Aqua Research and the Save-a-Child’s Life Foundation.

Join us on Oregon’s world-famous Rogue River for fun, food, festivities, love and giving as we celebrate the life-giving power of water by offering a gift of health to Earth’s children. Proceeds are donated to the Shriners and Doernbecher Children’s Hospitals in Portland, and the Grants Pass Family YMCA. Our special mission is pediatric melanoma, a fatal skin cancer that is curable if caught early.

This year, as in past years, plush teddy bears, donated by Hallmark, will be auctioned and given to our recipient children’s hospitals. Also, the National Safety Congress has donated two “CPR Teddy Bears,” used to teach CPR on and to children to “Save a Child’s Life.” The CPR bears will also be auctioned and donated. Another Teddy Bear, in military uniform and a yellow ribbon, will be auctioned and donated in honor of our brave American soldiers and the health of all children everywhere on Earth.

No better way to spend a day!

Exciting oral auction. Big-ticket auction items at bargain prices. Thrilling jet boat rides.  ● Local wines, beer and cheeses. Live music. Traditional river guide salmon barbecue. Food service by The Brewery of Grants Pass. Unforgettable ambiance and beautiful festival grounds on the Rogue River.

RSVP by July 25. Phone 1-800-367-6478 or 541-471-3337 (local) or go to www.saveachildslife.org.  For tickets, volunteering, donations or accommodations assistance, Event Coordinator Nancy Yonally-Colman may be reached at the above numbers, at 541-941-3745 or at eventcoordinator@saveachildslife.org.
